Shipping Policy 

B Bougee shipping policy 

1. Domestic shipping only

B Bougee currently ships to addresses within the United States and its territories only, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

2. Order processing time

Please allow 7 business days for our team to process and pack your order for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, and we will contact you via email if this occurs. 

3. Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and your location. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days for delivery after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2–3 business days for delivery after processing.

  • Overnight Shipping: Available for an additional cost. Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST to be processed and shipped the same business day for next-day delivery. 

4. Shipping confirmations and tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

5. Lost or damaged packages

  • Lost Packages: If you believe your package is lost, please wait 15–20 business days from the shipping confirmation email before contacting us at [your email address]. We will then investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a product that is damaged, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for instructions. 

6. Shipping restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses using certain expedited services. Additionally, some products may be subject to hazmat regulations and shipping restrictions based on state laws. If an item in your order is restricted, we will notify you and provide further instructions. 

7. Incorrect address

If an incorrect or undeliverable address is provided by the customer, B Bougee is not responsible for the extra shipping charges incurred to reship the order. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout
